奉政府籲,小朋友最好每日運動一小時,但不少家長一聽見就「火都黎埋」,因為功課已經佔去小朋友大部分時間,學業跟運動豈能兩者兼得?所以大部分人最終只好選擇有時間才去做運動。但大家有沒有想過,趕回家中做功課之前,讓孩子先運動一下,說不定就可以兩全其美?因為運動不止強身健體,還對小朋友的腦部發展有意想不到的好處!
